2) Acceptance of termsBy using the Site, submitting an inquiry, RSVP, or intent-to-enroll form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

 

3) Eligibility and parent/guardian roleThe Site is for families and the community. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must submit forms on your behalf.

 

4) Not admissions, legal, or medical adviceSite content is informational and may change. It does not guarantee admission, financial aid, placement, or specific services. Nothing here is legal, medical, or professional advice.

6) Communications and SMSIf you share contact info, you agree we may contact you about MCA (email, phone, or text). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; HELP for help.

 

7) User submissionsBy submitting content (questions, forms, RSVPs), you grant MCA a non-exclusive right to use that content to respond, plan programs, and operate the school. Do not share content you don’t have permission to share. Student education records are handled under FERPA and MCA policies.

 

8) PrivacyYour use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. When FERPA applies, FERPA controls.

 

9) Intellectual propertyThe Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, photos, videos) are owned by MCA or our licensors and protected by law. You may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes related to MCA. Any other use requires written permission.
