1) Scope: This policy explains how MCA collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, submit an interest or “Intent to Enroll” form, RSVP for events, subscribe to updates, or contact us. Student education records are governed by FERPA and MCA policies. When FERPA applies, FERPA controls.

 

2) Information we collect: You provide: name, student name, current school and grade, email, phone, address, preferred language, event RSVPs, and any messages you send us. Automatic data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps collected through cookies or similar technologies.From services you use with us: email newsletter tools, form providers, event platforms, and basic analytics tools.We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.
